These terms describe the CosmeList demonstration marketplace.

A marketplace, not a broker

CosmeList provides discovery and connection between buyers and suppliers. It does not process transactions, hold funds, offer escrow or take commissions on buyer–supplier deals. All commercial agreements are made directly between you and your counterparty.

Content authenticity

This build contains fictional demonstration content. It is presented for preview only and should not be relied upon as accurate commercial data. Verified status refers to CosmeList's review process and is not a government approval or endorsement.

Your use

You must not misrepresent your identity, products or credentials, or post content that infects or interferes with the platform. CosmeList may revise these terms at any time as the product matures.
